Chinese complain of widespread corruption

China's citizens say they are becoming increasingly fed up with widespread corruption and lack of accountability from those employed by the state. But now the police officers themselves say they too have been let down by corrupt officials. Channel Four’s Asia correspondent John Sparks reports.
