Can post-holiday shopping revive retailers?

The 2012 holiday season delivered lackluster revenue, stalled by worries about the fiscal cliff and economic hardship. By one estimate, holiday-related spending grew only 0.7 percent between October 28 and Christmas Eve. NBC’s John Yang reports.
