Craving sugar? Fructose may trigger overeating

A small study published in JAMA suggests glucose helps people feel full whereas fructose – the sugar so-often used in sodas and snacks – doesn’t work as well to turn off the area of the brain that creates a desire to eat. NBC’s Dr. Nancy Snyderman reports.
