Venezuela court backs Chavez inauguration delay
The Venezuelan government has announced that Thursday's planned inauguration of Hugo Chavez for his fourth term of office as President has been postponed because of his illness. The President is still in the hospital in Cuba and no alternative date has been set. But opponents say that if he cannot be sworn in tomorrow, someone else should temporarily take power.
