Bracing for wild weather across the US

In Utah, winter weather produced sleet and snow with another 10 inches forecast. And in Southern California the I-5 finally reopened after a 16-hour shutdown due to snowfall. Meanwhile, in the South, tornadoes damaged dozens of homes. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports.
