Inauguration parade announcer began in 1949

Charlie Brotman, 85, has now been the official volunteer parade announcer for 16 inaugurations, explaining which band or float is coming down Pennsylvania Ave., and telling presidents when to salute, stand and sit. NBC’s Kate Snow reports.
