Obama’s ‘overall tone will endure’

In part one of a two-part appeal to country, President Obama made it clear he won as a Democrat – and said we have to do better with education, immigration, and gun control. It was a more functional speech than we normally hear during an inauguration, and it remains to be seen how Congress will tackle the big issues of entitlement reform, Social Security and Medicare. NBC’s Tom Brokaw reports.
