Obama outlines a broad liberal agenda

Sen. Mitch McConnell declared the era of liberalism is back after hearing President Obama’s unapologetic left-leaning inauguration speech. Both sides are gearing up for a battle over the nation’s borrowing limit, which will be reached next month. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports.
