From the Archives: President Nixon announces the end of the Vietnam war
On Januarly 23, 1973 in a speech from the Oval office that was broadcast on national radio and television President Richard Nixon announced an accord had been reached to end the Vietnam War. NBC's Edwin Newman reports.
