Inside Bali prison where British granny faces death penalty
Earlier this week a Bali court sentenced British woman Lindsay Sandiford to death in drug smuggling trial. She had been expected to get 15 years in jail. Sandiford, 56, was carrying almost 5kg of cocaine when she arrived on the island from Bangkok, Indonesian authorities say. Sandiford argued that she agreed to carry the drugs only after her son was threatened. Indonesia's strict smuggling laws stipulate the death penalty, although few executions are carried out. ITV’s Angus Walker has spoken to the judge who gave the sentence.
