Dreamliner won’t fly anytime soon

Federal safety officials grounded Boeing's newest flagship, the 787-Dreamliner, because of two serious incidents involving overheated batteries. NTSB investigators said they know what happened, but they don't know why it happened, and that's a big concern. NBC's Tom Costello reports.
