All dogs in UK to get microchips 

Dog owners in England will have to get their animals micro-chipped by 2016. It’s a move welcomed by animal charities and vets.  It's hoped the chip will cut the growing number of strays and assist dog attack victims in identifying owners. ITV’s Richard Pallot has more.
