Mother of murder victim: ‘We needed justice'

The U.S. Supreme Court is considering the constitutionality of collecting DNA samples from people even if they haven’t been convicted of any crime. Jayanne Sepich, whose daughter Katie Sepich was raped and murdered in 2003, said Katie’s killer could have been found earlier if police had put his DNA on file when he was arrested for an earlier crime.
