Will Galaxy S4 take a bite out of Apple?
On Thursday Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S4 at Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan. The new phone includes smart new features such as the ability to pause a video when you look away. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
