Distracted pilot texted instead of checking fuel, NTSB says

A helicopter on a medevac mission crashed when the chopper ran out of fuel, killing the pilot and three passengers two years ago. The National Transportation Safety Board now says the pilot was distracted by text messages. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
