Infant mortality rate falls 12 percent

According to the Centers for Disease Control, infant mortality in the U.S. has declined 12 percent from 2005 to 2011, dropping from 6.87 deaths for every 1000 live births to 6.05 deaths. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
