Bomb attack aimed at the heart of Assad regime

Syria's Prime Minister has survived a bomb attack which the government says was a deliberate attempt to kill him. The bomb exploded this morning in the capital Damascus, in a suburb on the Western side of the city called Mazzeh. Many embassies are based in the area and it's also where many government officials live. ITV’s Bill Neely reports.
