In 2013, a tale of two summers on Jersey Shore

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has vowed to reopen the Jersey Shore boardwalks by Memorial Day, but the shore that visitors will see is markedly different than the New Jersey areas in various states of recovery. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
