Did SCOTUS err in taking on Bush v. Gore?

Retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor said Monday the Supreme Court may have made a mistake in agreeing to decide the case of Bush v. Gore, which she says gave the court a “less than perfect reputation.” NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
