British retailers pledge to compensate Dhaka victims
Two more British companies have pledged financial support to those affected by the factory collapse in Bangladesh. 'Matalan' and 'Premier Clothing' are following Primark's lead in offering compensation to victims. The country's High Commissioner has today told ITV News that Western companies should 'share the blame' for factory conditions, because they 'haggle over every cent'.
