Prince Charles looks on as Dutch prince becomes king

Prince Willem-Alexander became the first Dutch king since the 19th century in a ceremony attended by Britain’s Royals – a reminder, perhaps, that Prince Charles may never ascend to the throne. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
