6 years later, Madeleine McCann's family still has hope

It is now almost six years since Madeleine McCann disappeared, and her parents said they have had to find a “new normality” as they cope with the absence of their daughter. In a television interview, the couple admitted they are struggling to “let go” as their youngest children grow older and seek more independence. ITV’s Sangeeta Kandola reports.
