Queen attends official duties, with Prince Philip in hospital

The Queen showed her typical resolve today, sticking to her schedule to visit the BBC studios in London.  Less than a mile away, her husband the Duke of Edinburgh, was in the hospital, awaiting an operation. ITV's  Tim Ewart reports.
