Chrysler agrees to recall 1.56 million Jeeps

The NHTSA’s concerns over older-model Jeep Grand Cherokees and Libertys has prompted a recall after investigations found a crash from behind could puncture the fuel tank, possibly causing a fire. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
