William H. Gray III, former congressman and pastor, dies at 71

On Tuesday the Mayor of Philadelphia remembered Gray as a transformative leader. The ex-congressman also led the United Negro College Fund and became a longtime pastor of his Baptist Church. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
