Republicans criticize Affordable Care Act delay

The Obama administration announced Tuesday that the employer requirement to provide health coverage for businesses with 50 or more employees will be delayed by one year. The news was met with skepticism by some who questioned the administration’s decision to release the news on the eve of a holiday weekend. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
