Fort Hood trial judge calls early recess

In Texas on Tuesday one of the lawyers assigned to assist Army Maj. Nidal Hasan with his defense told the judge he believes Hasan is trying to get the death penalty, and argued the legal team should not be required to take part in that. NBC’s Lester Holt reports.
