Taping system in Nixon White House revealed

From the Archives:  On July 16, 1973 surprise witness, Alexander Butterfield, former aide to H.R. Haldeman, testified before the Senate Watergate committee revealing President Nixon not only ordered secret electronic listening devices in his offices but described in detail how extensive the system was. NBC’s Garrick Utley reports.
