Sleep aids ‘are not a good long-term solution’

About 8.6 million Americans rely on sleep aids to help their insomnia every night.  Philip Gehrman, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of Pennsylvania, discusses the benefits and drawbacks of using sleep aids on a regular basis.
