Tropical Storm Humberto expected to become hurricane

Tropical Storm Humberto is gaining strength in the eastern Atlantic and is expected to become a hurricane making it the first for the season. Forecasters do not expect it to pose a threat to the U.S. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
