Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer lose election bids

Plagued by sex scandals, both Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer lose their party’s primary elections for New York City’s mayoral and comptroller seats respectively. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
