Obamacare created insurance company competition, Clinton says

Obama tapped Bill Clinton to demystify his health care law at the Clinton Global Initiative, where they spoke for more than an hour. NBC’s Chuck Todd reports.

>> reporter: good evening, brian, they always get the president to show up. this time, the white house thought hey, this is a great opportunity to tap bill clinton to help them do what bill clinton do in 2012 , demystify some of the issues back in 2007 . clinton introduced the two presidents. a lot of fun people will have with that. take a listen to the bill clinton exchange.
