Taking a stand against Obamacare

Sen. Ted Cruz has vowed to speak on the Senate floor until he can no longer stand, a protest of Obamacare that comes less than a week before a possible government shutdown.  NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports.

>> reporter: well, brian, the intense meeting is pitting republican against republican. some of the colleagues told ted cruz not to do this. he says they just can't pay for any of the new health care law , and it is just a week before the potential shutdown. so senator cruz dug in, and many are concerned if he doesn't back off their party could get the blame if this doesn't result in a shutdown.
