Syrian rebels accused of killing hundreds of civilians

The group overseeing the destruction of Syria's chemical arsenal has won this year's Nobel Peace Prize. That,  as new claims of another massacre in Syria's civil war - this time by opposition forces.  Human Rights Watch is accusing  extremists of mass executions, indiscriminate shootings, and hostage taking.  ITV’s Geraint Vincent reports.
