What you can expect from super Cyclone Phailin

Cyclone Phailin is packing high winds, a possible 20-foot storm surge and a deluge. Meteorologist Kim Cunningham explains what else the severe storm could bring to India.

>> thank you, lester. when it make s land fall surge is no longer a threat. the threat will be heavy rain and strong winds. on satellite we are showing a massive cyclone now downgraded to a cyclonic storm . moving inland we are losing a lot of reds. this thing is beginning to weaken a little bit. but, remember, this is maybe a cat 3 at land fall . winds 120 to 130 miles per hour. it will take a while to wiepd down. there is a threat of wind damage with this as it moves northwestward slowly. 12 to 18 inches of rain still possible in this area. once again more flooding possible many the himalayas.
