Smog shuts down city in China  

Signs of overwhelming air pollution in Harbin, a city of 11-million people in Northeastern China was brought to a virtual standstill by choking smog. Incredible images of near-zero visibility forced schools to cancel classes. Highway traffic was paralyzed and the airport shut. NBC’s Rehema Ellis reports.
