Rim Fire contained, more than 2 months later

One of the largest fires in the history of California has been contained after having burned through 400 square miles in and around Yosemite National Park. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.

>>> good news for viewers on the west coast . at long last just tonight the california wildfire known as the rim fire has been declared fully contained. this one burned for over two months. our l.a.-based correspondent miguel almaguer reported the good news tonight. this fire burned 400 squire miles in and around yosemite, at one point charring up to 50,000 acres a day. fire officials it started when a hunter's campfire spread. this fire cost
