Penn State agrees to $59.7 million settlement

Penn State University has agreed to pay $59.7 million to 26 victims in the child sex abuse scandal involving former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, who is spending the rest of his life in prison. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
