Eric Holder on $13 billion settlement from JPMorgan

NBC’s Pete Williams spoke with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder about the $13 billion to be paid by the world's second-biggest bank, JPMorgan Chase, for the Wall Street manipulations that led to the mortgage crisis and the biggest economic downturn since the depression.
