Flu Season in Full Swing

As more and more cases of the flu hit the US, the season is now reaching its peak. But it’s not too late to get your flu shot. NBC’s Dr. Nancy Snyderman reports.

>> it's really cranked up the last two weeks. on this map, several state which is seem to have nothing in common except they are scattered all over from alaska to louisiana to the northeast. this is where we have seen spikes over the last ten days. a reminder that as we head into winter and spring, not too late to get your shot. the recommendation is for anyone over the age of 6 months to get a t shot. and also pregnant woman because there is good transfer of antibodies to the unborn baby . and this strain is attacking healthy young people . a reminder.
