Janette Sadik-Khan: Taming New York's streets

New York's Times Square bills itself as "the Cross Roads of the World." But, for decades, it's been better known as the world capital of bellowing cabbies and honking horns. Now one woman is trying to unsnarl New York's endless traffic jam. Janette Sadik-Khan, New York's transportation commissioner, has something else that's rare in the normally mundane world of traffic management: a touch of glamour. Rock Center's Harry Smith reports.
