Kite Festival: ‘It’s like the Blue Angels on strings’
Rock Center traveled to Lincoln City, Ore. for their summer kite festival. At the helm of the festival is David Gomberg, a man who has had a passion for kites since the 1960s. He says, “a good kite festival is like a three ring circus.” From kites shaped like ice cream cones to life-sized whales, watch them float through the sky.
