Making a Difference: Turning troubled teens into scholars

At the Maya Angelou Academy, housed in a juvenile correctional facility, teachers call their students "scholars." They teach Shakespeare and math and, most importantly, give their students hope that there is a life beyond crime. Rock Center Special Correspondent Chelsea Clinton reports.
