Panetta admits military’s difficulty in handling rape cases
Each year, more than 3000 military men and women report being sexually assaulted by fellow service members. Officials say the number of actual assaults is far higher, closer to 19,000. Natalie Morales’ full report airs Thursday, Sept. 27 at 10pm/9c on NBC’s Rock Center with Brian Williams.
