Was man unfairly targeted by IRS for role in financial crisis?

Ultra-marathoner Charlie Engle is one of the few people to serve prison time for lying on mortgage loan applications, a common practice that contributed to the housing boom that led to the U.S. economic meltdown. In an interview with Rock Center’s Harry Smith, Engle describes being targeted by the IRS and how he felt serving prison time while the big banks have, by and large, escaped criminal prosecution.
