Tween endurance runners give Kate Snow some tips
The Welsch sisters, 12-year-old Kaytlynn and 10-year-old Heather, are two of the fastest and youngest endurance runners in the country. The two head to the track and give Rock Center’s Kate Snow a few tips. Snow’s full report airs Friday, Feb. 8 at 10pm/9CDT on NBC’s Rock Center with Brian Williams
