GOP presidential contender Sen. Ted Cruz borrowed close to $500,000 from Goldman Sachs during his 2012 campaign for the U.S. Senate. The loan didn't appear in reports Cruz filed with the Federal Election Commission. Cruz says the omission was an "inadvertent error".
