Todd Johnson discusses George Stinney case's Todd Johnson joined MSNBC anchor Alex Witt Friday to discuss the continued efforts to clear George Stinney's name. On June 16, 1944, Stinney became the youngest teen executed in the 20th century. Stinney was tried and convicted of murdering two girls in a small South Carolina town - despite no physical evidence, no witnesses and a jury which spent only ten minutes to deliberate.
