Measuring 10,824 square feet, the house has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The home is pricey — an estimated mortgage payment calculates to be $96,806 — but with celebrities leasing it, Goldsmith says there’s quite an opportunity for subsidizing the cost.
