An explosion caused by a fire at a rifle range in Istanbul left 14 people injured on Thursday, Turkish media reported.
The fire broke out in a building in the Uskudar district on the Asian side of the city, private NTV television said. All 14 injured people were taken to local hospitals, the report said.
It was not clear how the fire began and what caused the explosion. It did not appear to be related to terrorism.
Radical Kurdish, Islamic and leftist militants are active in the city and have staged bomb attacks in the past.
